The Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project is a campaign that aims to share the music cultures of different major cities around the world. They have designed a Smirnoff app that will allow Facebook users to suggest their ideas for themes that best represent their home country.

Users can suggest ideas in fashion, food, music and more for their country’s ‘crate’, the best ideas for each location will be unveiled on 22nd October, with the winning idea being placed in one of the ‘crates’ located across one of the 14 participating cities.

The events themselves will take place on 27th November in the UK, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Ireland, Lebanon, Poland, South Africa, Thailand and Venezuela.

Each country will have their own tastemaker who will help to curate the event, BBC Radio presenter Zane Lowe has been named for the UK and DJ Dan Single has been given the task in Australia.

Created to celebrate the seven teams that have triumphed at the world’s biggest football tournament, Umbro’s World Champions Collection brings in a team of top designers to create a new badge for their home nation. Here’s the girls from the seven nations involved, modelling the shirts from their countries – Alice Bregoli (Italy), Susana Werner (Brazil), Julia Goedicke (Germany), Luli Fernandez (Argentina), Zaira Nara (Uruguay), Peter Crouch’s missus Abbey Clancy (England) and Charlene Suric (France).
