[SNAPS] Lady Gaga arrives at Grammy Awards in a Coffin before changing into a giant EGG by wearesme

SME think it’s safe to say that we will never again write such a bizarre post title as the one above. And no, this isn’t a wind up. It is in fact just an average Sunday evening for Lady Gaga.

First she arrived at the awards show inside a coffin wheeled along by her team of stylists and not content with the controversy this caused; in a scene which could have been taken from an Alien vs Predator film, she was then carried down the red carpet inside a giant egg.

[NEWS] Drake talks about being dropped from Kanye’s ‘All Of The Lights’ by wearesme

It was recently revealed that Drake recorded a verse for the ‘My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy’ track All Of Lights, however as most of you will have now heard, the grammy nominated Drizzy didn’t make the final cut.

Speaking to Shade 45 radio in the US, Drake was pulled up on the subject and had this to say:

“Kanye’s creative process is ever-changing. We make music differently. I make what comes to me and I hate changing it, whereas ‘Ye will change something 30 or 40 times to get it perfect. To each their own, and the change was to put all those people on it, and I wasn’t one of them. That’s completely okay.”

“I can never sit here and tell you that’s not one of my idols, that’s not one of my favorite rappers,”

“Whatever energy I’ve ever felt is irrelevant. When you ask me, ‘What do I think of Kanye West,’ I’ma always have something positive to say.”

“I feel like we can co-exist,” responded Drake, when asked about whether the energy level is not always where he wants to be. “I feel like Hip Hop is broad enough that we can both exist and give great music without feeling like it’s one or the other. I might be the only one that feels that way, though.”

Ye could quite easily have left Drake on there and sold a few more records but that’s not how he works. No one but Kanye will know why he took him off. but it was no doubt for creative reasons and we’d never question a genius!

[NEW MUSIC+VIDEO] Adele – Rolling In The Deep by wearesme

‘Rolling In The Deep’ is the first single from Adele’s new album ’21’ due for release on February 22nd 2011; almost exactly two years after she won a Grammy for Best New Artist.

Adele said she wrote the revenge-themed tune in a fit of rage: “I was so angry that I finished ‘Rolling in the Deep’ in about an hour.”

Check out studio footage from the album recording sessions in Malibu, California.

This could easily be a video within itself! Its great to see her back and with such an epic song. She has real talent.
